1. Coaching is scary for the Coachee because of lack of trust.
2. Trust is demonstrated, repeated, performance over time. Doing what you say you are going to do.
3. Coaching is scary for the coach because every coachee is different. There are an infinite number of ways the coachee can take to arrive at a decision. This defies process driven coaching programs which don’t work. They are not sustainable.
